Located at 376 Greenwich Avenue, Happy Monkey is created by world famous chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, whose restaurant empire holds multiple Michelin stars.

What to Order: The menu offers elevated Latin sharing plates made with fresh local ingredients. Try the warm tortillas, beef tenderloin skewers, and grilled corn topped with cotija cheese and lime.
2. Restaurant L'Ostal (Darien)
Found in downtown Darien, L'Ostal is led by chef Jared Sippel, who honed his skills in three star Michelin kitchens like Quince in San Francisco and L'Oustau de Baumanière in France.
The Vibe: Warm, polished, and comfortable without feeling stiff. It feels like stepping into a cozy dining room in Southern France.

3. Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao (Stamford)
Located at the Stamford Town Center, this spot brings the iconic Flushing dumpling house right into town. Their original location earned Michelin guide recognition nine years in a row for serving some of the best Shanghainese food in New York.
The Vibe: Casual, fast, and high energy with an open kitchen view where you can watch cooks fold dumplings by hand.
What to Order: You come here for the soup dumplings. Order the classic pork, crab meat, or truffle soup dumplings, alongside crispy scallion pancakes and pan fried pork buns.
4. Artisan (Southport)
Set at the Delamar Hotel on Old Post Road, Artisan is run by chef Frédéric Kieffer, who brought classical training from Michelin star kitchens in France straight to Southport.
The Vibe: Upscale country chic with a sprawling outdoor garden courtyard surrounded by manicured plants.
What to Order: The menu centers around seasonal farm to table New England cuisine. The local seafood, slow roasted meats, and fresh farm greens are consistently cooked to perfection.
